Always make sure you start early would be my main recommendation. Also, plan out when your exams are and prioritise what you are going to learn. It helps me to plan out the hours of the day so that I don't get distracted on sites like this.

Flip cards are also a really good idea - they help you remember things and make it really easy for you to test yourself or get someone to test you.

Sleep well, Eat well and do a little bit of exercise in the morning. If you are one of those people that gets distracted easily (I end up browsing websites!) I find that doing something to make you aware you are being distracted - eg. if you gaze out the window, stick a fluro post-it note saying STOP IT
